This wheeled pedestrian snow plough has a fixed blade and wide handle that can be used by two people to scrape snow from pathways and roads to allow salt and grit to be far more effective. 

Salt acts extremely well on ice and light snow but a heavy fall of snow should be removed to allow for the  grit salt and ice melt to act more efficiently.
